This page is dedicated to the band America which formed in 1970. It was founded by Gerry Beckley, Dewey Bunnell and Dan Peek (who left the band in 1977). America is best known for their songs "A Horse With No Name", "Sister Golden Hair", "Ventura Highway", and "Lonely People". Members Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell continue to create beautiful music and tour to this day.
